A blog of a Volunteer in Timor-Leste

Who am I?
My name is James McConville. I’m an Engineer originally from Liverpool, UK. I’ve lived in the UK, France and the USA and worked for numerous car companies designing suspensions and body structures.
I am now a US Citizen and was able to apply and take an opportunity to be a Community Economic Development volunteer in Timor-Leste with a USA volunteer organization. A complete life change for me.
This blog will be inspired by that move and my experience in Timor, PLUS I will throw in some other life experience Blog posts from my past such as my loves of cycling, electronic music, and my BMW 650i journey 😁
